I'm sorry anyone expressed a bad opinion of this business My experience was outstanding from start to finish This company picked up the loved one super fast, which was a relief and a blessing since the place of death was a nursing home [redacted] was gentle and patient in doing intake and in working with family to do the required paperwork for cremation [redacted] went above and beyond to offer additional assistance, which was greatly appreciated

Very negative, no money to buried a love one, I had to unclaimed the body, so I ask what is going to happen to the remains, they would not tell me, but they let me know they would not be calling me anymoreVery unprofessional
