Review: November-December 2013 we hired weblyguys.com to create and design our company website. Two of the conditions were that our project would not be outsourced to a freelance designer and second condition if we were not satisfied we would receive a 100% money-back guarantee. The second condition was prompted by weblyguys.com as it was clearly advertised on their main home page, "Our guarantee to you: If the service WeblyGuys provides you does not get you the results you were looking for (additional sales, followers, fans) over the next 12 months. We will refund you 100% of your money. This advertisement was displayed on their homepage and about us page (until we made a complaint to them about a refund on April 8, 2014). Weblyguys immediately changed their website and omitted the 100% guarantee on the home page and about us page. We have a before and after date time stamped screen capture of their site. In addition, they broke the first condition after signing a Non-Disclosure agreement by outsourcing to a 3rd party in the Philippines. When we challenged the owner about hiring a 3rd party he want on the attack sending us email that he did not outsource our project. However, we were able to locate the 3rd party freelancer based in the Philippines. And in fact while the owner of weblyguys was arguing with us that he did not outsource. He and his business partner were chatting via Skype with said designer and paid him USD 150.00 to keep quiet and to remove our project work from the freelance site. However, the 3rd party designer was very honest and has sent us the entire conversations and documents from the day he was hired including the Skype chats he had on April 8 (freelancer sent us screen captures of his chats) where the owner and his business partner contacted him and first tried threatening him with legal action and then trying to buy his silence.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded 100% as was guaranteed to us.
