I'm not sure why you were contactedThis issue has already been resolvedWe would never not let a person transfer a domain away as long as it was paid for as per ICANN regulations.This customer created a ticket regarding not being able to access the control panel (account was disabled after
months for non-payment of fees) Ticket created 02/01/17:19:47Ticket resolved and information emailed to customer 02/02/14:59:28 I'm not really sure what more we could have done other than respond more quickly to the issue but in matters involving account credits, access, etcour accounting team is needed to remedy this and they were already out of the office on the day the ticket was submitted.We don't like that the customer had a bad experience, bad enough to contact you but we believe they have been taken care of at this time
I received the complaint for #*** in the mail over the weekendI have reviewed the case and issued a refund to their credit card ending in *** in the amount of $I’ve attached the receipt for the pending refund from our credit card processor. We apologize for the delay, this was
