Lousy Customer Support
I purchased my first and last Spirit II Weber Grill in 2019. Both of my back legs have rusted out completely. I emailed customer support on July 5th, 2022, and have been going back and forth with them till today. I know my emails are being handled in another country which no judgement but frankly they have NO CLUE what they are doing. I have supplied them with pictures in various formats, even looked up all the parts numbers and frankly did their job for them and yet still they can't figure anything out! I don't understand why you employed people who don't understand your products.
