We recently acquired the building, with its many problems, and are under renovation to bring it back to its once luxurious existence in the downtown Louisville area. the deteriorating condition caused by the previous owner. To date, there is now both cable and internet available throughout the building. In the interim, [redacted] was offered an Apple TV, $100 credit toward rent, and the option to transfer free-of-charge to an apartment that had both services available -- which she declined.
