Ms K [redacted] came in on Wednesday December 2nd at 8:am, she pulled up to pump #came inside the store and asked for $worth of gasShe handed the cashier her debit card, the cashier informed her that there is a .59cent fee for debit cards, we also have a sign displaying this policyShe went outside to pump #to pump her gas, after a minute or so she came back in to the store and told the cashier that she had not pumped anything but the computer displayed that she had pumped cents out of the $dollars she paidThe cashier then showed her the receipt and offered her a copy and she refused it, she then said that the gardener in the red truck was probably the one who pumped the centsThis is impossible because the red truck was on pump #and she was on pump #in front of her, we have video evidence backing this upThe cashier informed her that he would reset her pump for the remainder of the original $which was $but the cashier mistakenly set the pump for $which means that she got $worth of gas instead of the $she paid forWe have receipts backing all this upAfter pumping the $worth of gas she came back in asking for her change, there was none as she had pumped more than what she actually paid forIf she believes that she has been wronged or taken advantage of we are more that happy to give her a refund for the cents she believes she is owed if she would like to stop by El Ranchero Market at anytime.Sincerely,C [redacted] ***

Ms K[redacted] came in on Wednesday December 2nd at 8:26 am, she pulled up to pump #4 came inside the store and asked for $20 worth of gas. She handed the cashier her debit card, the cashier informed her that there is a .59cent fee for debit cards, we also have a sign displaying this policy. She...
went outside to pump #4 to pump her gas, after a minute or so she came back in to the store and told the cashier that she had not pumped anything but the computer displayed that she had pumped .82 cents out of the $20 dollars she paid. The cashier then showed her the receipt and offered her a copy and she refused it, she then said that the gardener in the red truck was probably the one who pumped the .82 cents. This is impossible because the red truck was on pump #2 and she was on pump #4 in front of her, we have video evidence backing this up. The cashier informed her that he would reset her pump for the remainder of the original $20 which was $19.18 but the cashier mistakenly set the pump for $19.82 which means that she got $20.64 worth of gas instead of the $20 she paid for. We have receipts backing all this up. After pumping the $19.82 worth of gas she came back in asking for her change, there was none as she had pumped more than what she actually paid for. If she believes that she has been wronged or taken advantage of we are more that happy to give her a refund for the .18 cents she believes she is owed if she would like to stop by El Ranchero Market at anytime.Sincerely,C[redacted]
