Weber Contracting ([redacted]) made contract to Paint the premises stated in this complaint. Has not showed up, return emails or phone. Has vanished.My mother and I have made several attempts to get in contact with [redacted] and he has made no attempts to contact us back. I gave a 500.00 deposit on 12/9/13 and have not heard a word on when he and his company would start the painting project. On January 13th I asked my mom to call and all lines are disconnected. I tried myself on January 14th and same thing. Even the number on their website is disconnected. We just want our 500.00 back and we will be done with Weber Construction. Can not be trusted and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.Desired SettlementWould like to just get my 500.00 deposit back.

Had a contract for a repair service during the first week of January 2014. Paid $422.50 for a deposit but he disappeared.I signed a closet renovation project (estimate no. [redacted] on 12/17/2013. The total service cost was estimated to be $845. I sent a check $422.50 which was requested as 50% deposit. The service was to be scheduled during the first week of January 2014. When I tried to contact [redacted], he would not reply via email or phone calls. The check ($422.50) had been cashed and [redacted] disappeared. Desired Settlement[redacted] should be stopped. I didn't want to spend too much of my time or spend additional expenses to hunt him down since the damage was less than $500. Now I see from another complaint that I am not the only victim by him. [redacted] should be brought to justice and, of course, I would like to get my money back.
