Weber Bingo

I am rating this as a one star because it wouldn't let me rate Weber any lower. I am appalled by the quality of the product and their customer service. I bought a brand new Weber Spirit E-330 a year ago. Six months ago it stopped working. I called customer service and did the entire "trouble shooting" routine. I replaced the ignition pack and all of the other ridiculous things they suggested until, finally, they suggested I call a service repair person they recommended (naturally, at my own cost). They reminded me a million times that the parties were under warranty - but not the service! I did exactly what was recommended only to find out that there was a manufacturing defect. $200 later my grill worked again... only to break 6 weeks later. Customer service advised that I needed to be "more helpful troubleshooting." They don't stand by their product. I'll never buy a Weber again and I'll tell everyone I know not to either. A grill purchased for $800 brand new shouldn't break in less than a year.
