This company sent us one toner cartridge and charged us $ They did not obtain proper authorization to send this product

This "company" is a MAJOR SCAM!!! Beware! Upon the first phone call, we were told that we had a balance with the company, and were asked to provide an email address or a fax number to which they could send the invoiceWhen asked what the company name was, the company rep, and whether the invoice was for a product or a service, the caller was VERY evasive and refused to give any informationWe since have received several calls stating that we owe them money for something that we did not order

This business appears to be what is known as a "Toner Pirate" scam business They call and talk with someone at your business, and then send toner at an exorbitant rate & bill your business erroneously Total scam!

Sent toner without authorization and are now trying to charge us and say that we placed the order. Also, extremely RUDE employees. We have a contract with a company that provides our toner, we would have never ordered from them.This company is a total scam, they call and ask questions about your office supplies and then send toner out WITHOUT AN ORDER in hopes that they can back you into ordering from them. Reporting them to the FTC as well.

This company sent us one toner cartridge and charged us $576.61. They did not obtain proper authorization to send this product.

Same here, they charged us $576.61 (including an astonishing $47.61) for a toner cartridge I can buy online for $60.
