Review: For many years, I have registered my domain name through 2000domain.net. In July I renewed the registration for another year. At that time, I was told that there were problems with their platform, and any changes had to be made manually. I now need to change the servers that this domain name points to. Still, there are problems with the platform, and I cannot make the change. I have contacted 2000domain.net numerous times over the past two weeks, both by phone (voice mail) and by email. They have not once responded, and the requested change has not been made. I am losing business daily, and have no idea when or if the change will be made. I have no other choice - the servers which were originally used have crashed, and I have to change that information. As long as it is not changed, my website cannot be accessed - and it's been over two weeks!Desired Settlement: First and foremost, I need to have the domain name servers changed for the domain immediately! Then, I would like to stop doing business with this company, as I don't trust them to handle my matters in a timely and responsible manner. They want to charge me a $50 fee to do this, but I don't feel I should have to pay, as I only want to change because they are not able to do their business properly. Ideally, I would also expect to be reimbursed for loss of business.
