This place is a scam. I ordered something over a week in advance of xmas, and the website said that it would be delivered in time for the holiday. The second I hit the purchase button, it then said that due to shipping delays I might not receive it until after the holiday. I never received any communication from this company. No confirmation email, no receipt, nothing. I've tried filling out a "ticket" on their website, and have tried to contact them in every form listed on their website, which is email, text, and phone message. Still no response. Since I've read numerous other terrible reviews about this company, I am not wasting any time, and have opened a claim through ***. I will never, ever order from these scammers again. Their reputation precedes them.

Purchased a container of Frank's Buffalo Chicken Dip to have for football Sunday from Webcortex's site 2daydelivery on 11/*/19. At approximately 2 AM on 11//19, the product still had not arrived (would have been too late to use at this point anyway), So I checked the tracking information and saw that a label had been created but the product has still not been sent to the post office to be shipped.
At this point, I emailed WebCortex on their 'contact us' portion of their website. I informed them of the purchase date, current shipping information, and that I no longer wanted the product and wanted a refund.
They replied to me that he'd have to investigate the 'carrier' to determine the delay. I replied that the delay and carrier were not important to me at that point because it was so late to be delivered on a promise of 2 day delivery, and that I simply wanted my money back.
The next day, at 9 AM (31 hours after my initial email to cancel the order for a refund, now 8 days after my order was placed which included 2 day shipping), they replied to tell me that NOW the order had arrived to the post office and was on its way, so he could not cancel the order. He told me that if I wanted my money back, that I would have to refuse the package when *** arrived or he could give me directions to return the product.
I informed them that I was not home when the product was set to arrive and that I would need return instructions. This was on November ***.
As of today, on November ***, I still do not have those return instructions and have had no indication the company is willing to give me my refund. They were late on their 2 day shipping window by a full week, sent the product 27 hours after I'd asked them not to, sent the product to fester on q porch since I was not available the day that it arrived, and refuse to give me further instructions on a refund. The customer service of this company has made me both literally and figuratively sick.

I placed an order for dog food on a site called ***. It said delivery is 2 business days. It’s already been longer than that.

I ordered dog food on this site after looking up the dog food I needed and was told it would take 2 business days and it never arrived. they provided me with a phone number in the email and when I called the number no one answered so I left I message and hasn't heard back if I don't receive it by tomorrow I will be contacting the attorney general office

I ordered a part for my car when I paid for it a little while later is said we were out of stock at the time. I asked for this order to be canceled on July *** on 8/*** I get billed for the part and delivered on 8/*. I did not want this part and would like to return for a refund. WebCortex, Inc.

They advertised two-day delivery which is the only reason I took a chance on this company. That was a mistake. They've refused to give me a tracking number and are giving me a bunch of excuses as to why the item couldn't be delivered in two days. They cannot be trusted.

My shipping issue was solved very fast ( it was the mistake of the carrier) and received the ordered item. To be short, I use this store to order items during 1 year and all is great ! Good service !!!

Web Cortex "2 day delivery" is a farse. All they do is take your order and order the part from some other web site, mark up the price and send it to you. If you have any trouble your complaint goes to their spam folder and my or my not get read. Took over 5 weeks to resolve my case with them and until Pay Pal stepped in they were not going to make a full refund. BE AWARE!
