We have been clients for over 10 years, they found us our first home, and our second! These were dream homes for us and neither were easy transactions for them, but they made them easy on us. Both were view homes, in unique neighborhoods, with VERY unique sellers (inside joke).
Tell them what you want and and they'll find it. They truly listen to your desires and don't quit until they deliver - no matter how demanding their customer may be ;). Give them your desires and a budget and they'll give you a home.
We can also speak on the sales side. They sold our first home to get us into our second. The listing was classy and profession, the house was staged nicer than when we lived there and we had 4 offers over asking within the first week... and closed in 21 days.
We really could not speak highly enough of these two. Responsive, efficient, friendly and kick-*** at the business. You can tell they care about their clients more than their commission on any deal.
Careful though, you'll need a bigger dining room table because you're going to try to make them part of your family after you meet them...
