Don't send Webb Chevy in Oak Lawn referral customers. They do not honor their "alleged" referral fee. Liars. I have sent other referrals to different manufactures and other Chevy dealerships.

Webb Chevrolet is an excellent car dealership. I am only reviewing the Sales & Leasing Representative Tony [redacted]. All I have to say is the sales man Tony was excellent. I just purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy Spark on August 30, 2017. I think Tony is a very nice, down to earth and knows about cars a lot. He knew the Chevy Spark. He showed it to me, I test drove one and I purchased the car. I am highly praising Tony [redacted] the sales man who sold me my brand new Chevy Spark.

We have resolved the customer's complaint.

On April 14, 2016 I purchased a motor vehicle from Webb Chevrolet dealership a 2016 Chevy Sonic [redacted]. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because they stated to take the trade-in for the new car and they didn't. I have already taken the car back. They bought the car back in front of my apartment building with no keys. Next, I had the car tolled back to Webb Chevrolet.

Horrible experience. Reneged on verbal contract re: price of vehicle. Made deal with new car sales manager on the phone. At conclusion of call he asked if we had a deal and I agreed we did. I also have a voice mail from him stating this price. One hour before agreed upon time to pick up vehicle received call that price had increased by $1,000. Visited dealership- they refused to honor the verbal contract
