We commissioned this company to make us a bespoke plugin for a shopping cart software. It has never worked, we didn't get a refund and no replies.We ordered [redacted] at Web Wizard to develop us a plugin for Opencart. We need something where our customers could request free samples of products. The last set of files he provided us with, which he said represented a rewrite of the software, don't work. Furthermore he is now attempting to sell the plugin via a public marketplace. We've attempted to contact him over the last 2 months via multiple channels and have not received a single reply which seems very unprofessional. All we want at this stage is a working plugin as we originally paid for. Failing that, a copy of the plugin he is now trying to sell others - assuming that version works.Desired SettlementWe would like him to either fix the last XML plugin he sent us or send us a copy of the plugin he is now attempting to sell via the Opencart marketplace.
