This business is no longer operated by the long-time owners, the [redacted]. When dealing with the current upholsterer, [redacted], I found him to be dishonest, unable to keep appointments, and unable to meet commitment dates. He seems to be mentally unstable to the point of causing fear in my wife and me through direct and telephonic threats. While yelling at me he physically shoved me aside to retrieve my items from my car. I had to get Phoenix Police assistance to retrieve my goods, most of which exhibited very poor workmanship.
