Hello, This is quite simple This member signed up with us on 12/7/for a month free trial - that is why she wasn't billed after the first month Nothing sneaky When signing up she agreed to our terms of recurring billing When she emailed us on 1/4/to request cancellation we replied to her email with specific instructions on how to cancel her account using the cancel form in her account section This process takes about seconds and there is nothing to download All you do is write in a text box your reason for cancelling and you hit submit We do this for tracking purposes and this is very common business practice Well this member said she saw the email and for some reason instead of following the simple directions decided to call to cancel We have no record of any call from her and even if she tried to call to cancel we would have instructed her to use the cancel form So what this comes down to is she simply forgot to cancel per our instructions I understand this can happen (but this is the first time in 6+ years) and we refunded her payment
