Review: They sell mass lists of businesses in the Tampa area, we agreed to purchase a list of 13,425 contacts and split the total cost ($2,685) into three payments ($999, $999, and $687). The first payment would be submitted to our accounting department in Feb. the second one in March and the third in April. We paid and received the first part of the list. The second check request was submitted to my boss and got lost in the shuffle of things and ended up being submitted to our accounting department the same week as the third and final payment check request in April. The two payments were sent to Web Intellectuals and the checks have been cashed and we have not received the remaining parts of the list. I have e-mailed my contact, Justin Wilson with no response. I called and someone answered and told me that Justin was the only one that could help me and that he was gone to lunch and would be back in an hour. I called again and got a general voicemail. I called continuously for a week with no answer. Some days it went to straight to voicemail and others it rang before going to voicemail. I left a total of two messages. I also tried calling from my personal cell phone to no avail. I went on their website and got e-mail addresses for [redacted] - Manager-Business Development and [redacted] - Manager-Accounts and got no response from them either.Desired Settlement: We would prefer to get the last two parts of the list that we are owed. If that isn't available, we would like the money back from the last two payments ($999 and $687).

Review: I sent out and RFQ to 5 companies to purcahse Contact lists for the Healthcare, Higher Education & Massachusets Architects. 3 Responded with proposals and I selected Web Itellectuals, after checking their references. They sent me the lists which we paid in full (Just under $900.00.The first list they sent me included contacts that I did not order so they sent me a revised list. The second excell documnet that they sent me was smaller, but included duplicate contact names for the exact same title/position. In some cases there wer as many as 20 people for the same title. This is totally different from the "sample list" of contacts which did not have any duplicates. The lists are virtually useless to me. On numerous occasions, I've called them on the telephone and sent them numerous e-mails, but they will not return my calls or e-mails. Desired Settlement: They can either send me a new list of contacts (without duplicates) or return my money in full. I would rather get a full refund, because I'm not sure they will deliver the information that I've requested.
