Review: My church recently had a contract with Web Church Connect to provide services to keep track of information about our congregation. In the beginning we where told we would have training on how to use the system as well as a support team to help with questions. That could not have been further from the truth. We had one training class and when the trainer was done she hung up. Trying to call the company is no use at all, the number is just a recording. Emailing them, forget it they never answer. Before deciding to cancel our contract I emailed the company again to try to find out how to download all of the information we had on file. I never received a telephone call or a email. Over the next 6 months or so I continued to email them asking if I could get the information because at this point our contract was cancelled and I had no access at all. Still no one ever returned a email or phone call until today, 2/3/15. I finally received a email that stated since I did not have a contract with the company any longer they would not be able to help me. Also, one of the services provided by the company was to email and text the congregation on their birthdays and anniversaries to wish them well. THEY ARE STILL DOING THIS, even though we don't have a contract and of course there information is on the email and text. So it's free advertisement for them.Desired Settlement: All I want is a copy of every persons file from the website which includes name, address, telephone numbers, email address and cell phone numbers with carriers.

If you are a church looking for a database like this, keep looking. They are very hard people to work with. The sales rep who sold me on this database completely lied. She is no longer working with the company. I could give a million examples, but I'm not listing them here. Anyone is free to call me for more info, but beware before trusting this company!
