Review: I also have service issues with this company. We purchased a new pool liner and cover last year. We had this company put in liner and cover the pool. We left if would be better to have this done professionally because the liner and cover were brand new. I called in May to have the pool and liner checked because they were collapsing in and I was afraid he liner would be ruined. When they can to check everything the pool had several holes in it and the liner could not be repaired. We were informed because the damage was caused from "bad winter" the damage was not covered by Weavers Pool. We asked about warranty and/or guarantee they said this is not covered because damage was due to the weather wind and ice. We called Weaver many time because after they patched the pool it continued to leak. After several trips to our house and 11-13 patches later the pool stopped leaking. I now have a new liner with 13 patches and no cover and bill for repairs for $542.20. IN TOTAL CHECKS FOR THE AMT OF 458.34 AND 630.70 were pd to Weavers I did not pay the 542.20. I have proof of amts pd form my bank. I checked with my homeowners nothing was covered.Desired Settlement: I just want these things replaced and/or refund.
