WeatherTech floor liner products are not as good as they advertise. The fit for my car isn't good at all, the front floor liners do not fit as advertised and slip all around. Called WeatherTech Customer Service to help resolve problems and their customer service is about the worst that I have ever experienced. I have no less than a dozen emails with them and two phone calls and they simple do not honor what they tell me on the phone or email.
The notes on your Customer profile show that a replacement front set of floorliners were sent at no charge on 7/28/18. If you feel that the product is still not satisfactory please let me know and I will send you a label and you can return for a full refund.

I was very impressed that Weathertech advertised "quality" floor mats and seat covers for trucks. I ordered the floor mats along with a cover for the bench seat in the back. The items were shipped separately. The floor mats were a good fit, but the bench seat cover ($159.95) was not even close to fitting. I contacted Weathertech and they told me (first call) that "yes, that particular bench seat cover was not made for your type of make or model of truck," even though I had entered all the corrected information when ordering. On my second call, I was told that "these products are universal and will fit 'most' vehicles." Well it didn't fit mine. I sent it back and received a full refund, however, the shipping cost was well over $30. I about fell over. BUYER beware, if it doesn't fit, the shipping alone will be an outrageous amount just to return the product. When I shipped it, the shipping company said they get a lot of returns for this company. There is no "custom" fitting so expect to return the item. Sorry Weathertech, your policy on ordering and returning are not worth the effort.

The original pair was replaced because of an issue with how the mats were cut at the factory. They replaced them with mats that feature a new design for attaching the mat to the carpet. This design is a plug that fits through two holes they have drilled in the bottom of each mat. These holes act as drains and allow any water in the mat to drain through the mat onto your carpet. I asked the company for a full refund and they will only do a refund to a gift card which does not help me at all. I want a full refund of the front and rear mats either on a check or as a credit to a credit card so I can buy replacement mats.

So ive been a customer of WeatherTech three times. Two of three times has ended poorly. I purchased mats for my 2002 *** liberty a few years ago, I called to return a couple weeks later as I no longer had the car. Sent the product back as they requested, and received no money back. I tried multiple times and never got any where and never received compensation or the mats back. Stupidly I thought it was an isolated issue and got over my frustration, and loss of money. A few years later I purchased mats for my current car, and window deflectors. Im happy with the mats, however the deflectors are awful. The wind noise they create is terrible, and the rattling against the glass is unacceptable. I wished to return the deflectors after a short period, only to be rudely corrected by a representative that its not warrantied even though the product did not perform as though it should, and that I would have to pay to return them. This is my final straw, ive already lost a lot of my money from my first set of mats that I was not reimbursed for, and now I have to pay to ship these defective products back. Very shady business practices, no wonder they make so much money.

In regards to the purchase for the 2002 *** liberty a credit was issued on 5/6/14 in the amount of 179.90 but the transaction was never completed. I have consulted with our Accounting department and we will issue a check in the amount of 179.90 and send it to the address on file.
