We have spoken to Mr *** and resolved all issues stated in he complaintI have text messages from him stating he has already been in contact to have the complaint removed I also have emails and official documents from the manufacture to disclaim any fault on wrong wire sizing and or
breakers I also have a manual j to prove the appropriate zsize of unit needed for Mr ***'s home I have a signed estimate stating there could be added cost to any work done as this is a new constructon
