After the storm, they came out and put up a tarp to stop water from pouring into my attic. The process afterwards was easy and they answered all of my questions. They showed up when my insurance did and performed the walkthrough with them. That helped because I didn't know what questions to ask or what to point out to the insurance company. I receive compliments to this day about how good my roof looks. They did an excellent job with the roof and the ladies in the office are very helpful. The warranty alone is going to help me when I sell my house! Its outstanding!
