Researched several Garage door repair/replacement companies and settled on Weatherall. Very flexible in meeting my schedule for Saturday replacement of the broken torsion springs on my Garage door. Very cost effective, particularly compared to some of the franchise businesses. Did a thorough job of inspecting and adjusting my garage door (beyond just the torsion spring replacement), lubricating the rollers and friction points and providing helpful care and maintenance information. Door is functioning better than it ever has. Recommended!

Called midday for appointment to repair broken torsion spring. John offered to come following morning, but scheduled for afternoon to accommodate a previously scheduled medical appointment. Provided text information to John, who arrived when he promised the following day. He performed work in professional manner, and upgraded the door to a two-spring system from the original one spring, all within less than an hour at a reasonable price. Will definitely use his services in the future.
