Absolutely HORRIBLE! We 'hired' them three weeks prior to our scheduled appointment and absolutely NO communication! We, the customers, emailed and called a multitude of times to confirm the appointment (not the other way around as it should be) with absolutely no response. Very unprofessional and rather rude to have us wait for an appointment that never showed. I would never refer them to anyone.
