You leave worst than you started they charge outrageous amounts for equipment rentals then they don't even give you all you rented they charged me $1800 for 3 air scrubbers 5 fans and only set up 1 air scrubber no fans they even stole one of my air mover fans stay clear of this company the British owner will disrespect you and dismiss you once he has ur money and they will do more harm than good tore up my door frames in the process which showed they can't cemo correctly and when you confront them about it they will just lie and say it was like thay before you live and learn but I'm giving you the truth so you don't have to live through werestoration thier owner loves the term scope of work they must've taught him that in his mold remediation class but they are not a good company try structural design or servpro mold gone there are many great companies werestoration is not one of they

Very responsive company and seemed very knowledgeable about the mold issues in my basement. Felt they went the extra mile on customer service. Had a minor issue related to remediation of my HVAC system and they promptly returned and resolved it fully. I consulted Itai about a few issues regarding restoration work and he always got back to me promptly at no charge. He was genuinely concerned that both his work and subsequent restoration work by another company were done correctly, you don’t see that level of caring very often.

I was looking for a company to remove mold that was growing under the kitchen sink. I chose We Restoration because they were the most knowledgeable and the price was right in the middle between 4 quotes that I received. The crew was very professional and were respectful to my property and personal items. I was very happy with their service and will recommend them to all.

I had a very good experience with we restoration. I had black mold in my sump pump closet due to a over flow. Their inspector came in the same day I called, he was very thorough and patience with me. The crew arrive 2 days after, they were very pleasant and went above and beyond to take care of my house while working in the basement. I hope I will never have a mold problem in my home, but if I would, I will use these guys.
