We Prep Meals

I ordered a meal plan from We Prep Meals and was able to customize my meals. I excluded Pork, Iodine and I believe mushrooms. I paid a fee of $271.17 for my first order. When the meals arrived, I noticed the meals contained Pork and maybe mushrooms. I emailed their customer service and asked for a refund. Jefferey S the customer service manager responded to my email. He apologized and offered to replace the meals. However, I informed him that I wanted a refund. He instructed me to return the meals and emailed me a return label. I was told I would receive a refund once they received the meals. That was several weeks ago. I haven't received a refund.Ive called and emailed Jeffrey several times asking for a refund. I have not received a response. Also,in a separate matter, I sent $$399 to We Prep Meals customer service email. I was intending to send it to someone else's email but sent it to theirs when I copied and pasted it. I had no idea That had done that until I received an email receipt and saw we prep meals email. I couldn't believe it! I called and emailed regarding this as well and still no response. Please advise.
