Part of the order was not included [redacted]. Description belowDesired SettlementOrder [redacted] was placed on 5/12/14. The order shipped promptly and was there a few days. It did not include the $99 bike saddle which was then primary thing I ordered. Notified their customer service at [redacted] and no response for 3 tries. Wrote a bad review and sent to the testimonials site and heard back from [redacted] (apparently the owner) on May 27 that they had a system issue and that my order was shipping out today. No sign of it. No response to messages left on phone number from your site nor his number on the credit card. In process of stopping payment with [redacted] which doesn't allow stoppage until 3 weeks. It is 3 weeks since his last notice that he has shipped.
