The contractor who installed the floor flatly denied ever having told the mover that the floor had not cured yet. The finish on the floor is polyurethane NOT wax Wax finish was never mentioned The damage to floor includes dents which were caused by the mover's equipment I am perfectly willing to provide a sample of the wood used in the floor but this was never requested We Haul it Inc My claim is for the difference between the moving charge and the cost of repairing the floor

Sorry for the delay in response , in regards to the complaint filed by [redacted], at time of delivery a small surface scratch mark appeared on floor customer (Mr. [redacted]) called his flooring contractor immediately and the contractor stated he advised Mr. [redacted] the floor WAS NOT fully cured and therefore not completely dry and shouldn't have had furniture moved on it yet. I was not told this beforehand, secondly I did not charge customer for services rendered ($400.00) hoping to fix the situation, I also asked the contractor for a sample of the floor to prove it was not a laminate and commercial wax sealant floor and I received no response, this was 5 months ago. I have been in the trade for 30 years, in business for 16 years and a member of the Revdex.com for 5+ years with no complaints. Thank you in advance and I hope we can resolved this issue.
