Thank you for talking to me on the phone today Again November will be three years that we've been in business, and this is the first complaint we've ever had filed against usWe run a very small business, it's just myself and my husband that operate it and we are a home-based businessWe really do pride ourselves on customer service, so this complaint is a little bit unnerving for us A total of six repairs for ***He was very happy with the service we provided in the past, which is why he returnedWe also gave him discounts in the pastThe discounts that we offer he would always ask for an additional discountWe always try to do what we can to appease our customers but I also have to keep in mind we are operating a business The final two repairs were on his daughters iPhoneWe fix the screen for him, he dropped it and broke it, and he did not want to pay full price for another repairSo we gave him half off and only charged him $ The last screen that we put on he claimed he didn't work, he brought it back to us and it was working fineWe offered to fix the phone again for free at no cost, but in the meantime he went somewhere else and have the phone fixedWithout giving us the opportunity to look at the phone again Please let us know if there's anything else you need from usThank you

He was very happy with the service we provided in the past, which is why he returned. We also gave him discounts in the past. The discounts that we offer he would always ask for an additional discount. We always try to do what we can to appease our customers but I also have to keep in mind we are operating a business. We offered to fix the phone again for free at no cost, but in the meantime he went somewhere else and have the phone fixed. Without giving us the opportunity to look at the phone again.
