We tried to get Hewlth care Aids and Housekeeping staff to work at one of our licensed facilitiesIt took days to get staff inIt was the most confusing ohone sustem ever usedWe got referred to Surrey, vancouver and North bancouver office continually, we left numerous messages with no return calls, mannagers we left messages with no callsWe were promised staff and would be told we would get return calls as to when the staff would start but it happened nine days later without noticeStaff showed ip at the door with no instructions as we had given The staff were good once given direction
The phone contacts continued to be very confusingDifferent staff called every shift and every day with confused messages and plans for staffThe office never knew what tupe of staff to send or how many and every caller had a confused plan
Several years ago we used this services and it was not like a gong show at all
Would we recommend this service? NeverWe will never use this service againI spent days trying to get a regular contact established but that never happened

I had an accident in my Subaru It was towed to Firestone via the roadside assistance They put new tires on and new rims They called me to pick up my car, took my $for the rims and installing the tires that I provided, and let me go While driving the car home I felt it was not driving right I took it to Subaru the next morning and in fact it was extremely out of alignment and I had a bent strut I didn't pay for an alignment but the fact that they would just slap the rims and tires on, take my money and send me on my way, in my opinion, is very unprofessional and potentially unsafe!! I will never deal with Firestone again When my Avalon needs tires, I will take it somewhere else

I visited the store yesterday (5/16) to get an oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter, etc. I go to pick up my vehicle and the tires have obviously not been rotated. I know this because someone hit my car recently and one of the wheels is all scratched up. I bring this to the manager's attention. He goes and talks to the mechanic. "Well," the manager says, "he says he rotated them." So I have to go out and show the manager exactly how I know that they were never rotated. So basically the work I paid to have performed was never performed, and when I call them out on it they try to lie their way out of it. If the ONLY thing I can easily verify was never done, how can I possibly trust them to do other stuff that I can't easily verify? Thank you for making it so clear that you no longer deserve my business.

1st they replaced a rear HUB W/ABS Sensor - Cost $410
Did not correct problem
2nd they replaced a front HUB W/ABS Sensor - Cost $410
Did not correct problem
They then wanted to replace the module. I said NO and will never take a vehicle there again.
A $810 Lesson!
