Review: I contracted with Mr. [redacted] for the repair of my shore house at [redacted] which sustained damage from Hurricane Sandy. Mr. [redacted] was paid a deposit and never ordered the materials he was paid for and did not complete the job as contracted. I have tried to contact Mr. [redacted] and there has been no response.We contracted for supplying my home with certain materials and the materials that were installed were sub-standard which I paid for a higher efficiency system.Mr. [redacted] took my money made every excuse in the book and has never returned a phone call or returned to the job. He left me high and dry.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund of my deposit that was supplied to him since he was also contracted to supply me with better quality duct work and shorter distances and we have had someone check the system and he did not install what he was contacted to purchase as well. I also have a copy of my check which he cashed and will be contacting the authorities where he resides and Brick authorities.

Customer claims that the equipment provided to him were not high efficiency , the furnace provided was a 96% , modulating,variable speed unit. With a matched 16 SEER evaporator coil. Which is one of the highest eff.units manufactured. All duct work was installed as per code, with the proper insulation with a R value of 8. As for every excuse in the book, I had an attack of my UC and was unable to work for approx. 1 month.( which I made them aware of ),as for not returning phone calls I kept in correspondence with his daughter.This is my 30th year in business and this is my first complaint, when I called the customer to find out how he wanted to work this out, I told him to return my equipment and I will return his check.He informed me job was completed and he used the equipment I provided and didn't want his money back.
