Review: On April 1, 2014,this company cashed my check for one thousand dollars($1,000.00)in anticipation of cutting my grass for the growing season of 2014. Because of a billing dispute which I paid in full to the company, I told [redacted] the owner, to cancel our contract and refund the $1,000.00. During this phone conversation of April 7, he said he would refund the $1000.00. Nothing was ever done for any part of said money but he still hasn't returned the money. Since our conversation I have sent two(2)written requests, along with a copy of the cancelled check, and he has still ignored each of the three(3)requests. He had no problem in cashing the check but he is giving me a problem by keeping my money and ignoring my requests. After all this time I am now of the impression that he has no intention of refunding the $1,000.00 in a timely fashion, if at all.Desired Settlement: I would like the entire amount of $1,000.00 refunded immediately in full, just as he was able to receive the entire amount in one lump sum.
