ordered, it is subject to these charges.The product was shipped back & there hasn't been a response by the manufacturer, American Standard. The manufacturer has, apparently, misplaced the product & never processed a credit. We normally wait for the credit to come through before issuing a credit to our customer &, clearly, we should have followed up on the shipment. We are estimating the freight to be $120.29 based on phone estimates from the freight company & the usual restocking charge of 15% by the manufacturer. Any adjustment once the actual charges, if different, come through, we will issue further credit as needed.The customer has been informed about this issue in the last several days.
