Dear Mr. [redacted],We appreciate and value your business. When our company came to your residence to install the 4 Blue Spruce Trees, they were all matching in shape and were all the same color blue. As soon as you had noticed discoloration of the 3 trees, Wayside's representative came to your...

residence to view the issue. At that time, it was noted that the discoloration could've been caused due to a water issue, due to the hot dry weather conditions this Season. Upon furtherinvestigation and research, we were notified that Blue Spruce Trees tend to naturally change colors on their own. (Supported documentation attached). As for the shrubs installed by the shed, it is common practice to pack down the loose topsoil next to the plant to eliminate settling of the topsoil. Especially, with a newly built home and a newly installed lawn, settling can occur.   Wayside has maintained open communication with you and wishes nothing more than to resolve this. As per the guarantee, Wayside will replace any shrub or tree that is more than 50% dead. Replacement of dead plant material typically happens in the late Spring to early Summer (approximately June), as the plants need time to flush out new growth. For reassurance, I have included our guarantee policy.
