anuary 25, 2018Dear [redacted] :Thank you for bringing [redacted] ’ experience to our attentionWe have reviewed the order timeline, thereplacement history as well as interactions with the dealer and our teamFrom those records we show thatthe original order was submitted to us by the Waypoint dealer, CHIC Lumber, on September 18th of andthat original order then manufactured and delivered to the dealer within three weeks.Unfortunately, the consumer was not able to accept delivery of the order until the first week of DecemberItwas at this time that our team was alerted to the need for replacement items which were then manufacturedand shipped to arrive in a timely manner.We are certainly very sorry for the frustration [redacted] has experienced in working to complete thisprojectPlease be assured that our cabinetry does feature a limited lifetime warranty and both the dealerand our team are available to assist with any future warranty requestsGoing forward our contacts will eitherbe directly to [redacted] or through the dealer rather than through the Revdex.com, however we will update you asappropriate with any outcome reached and we greatly appreciate your support.Sincerely,Scott D.Customer Care Manager
Waypoint Living Spaces is a brand of cabinetry sold to independent kitchen and bath dealers, including *** *** in Christiansburg, VAWaypoint Living Spaces does not sell directly to the public and is sold and serviced by our independent dealersCommunication regarding the details of our
products is done through our dealersTechnical questions that our dealers are unable to answer are often supported by account representatives and internal corporate support personnelIn this case, our Territory Business Manager (Peggy T***) was asked to provide details regarding the composition of product purchased and did so in the attached letterThe information contained in the letter was verified by our corporate product personnel and we stand behind the information providedIn short, the consumer was told they were purchasing Maple Cabinetry by *** *** and have been sold and delivered Maple Cabinetry.If there are warranty issues with the cabinetry that fall under our Limited Lifetime Warranty, we are happy to provide assistance with any warranty claims through *** ***.Sincerely,Todd S*Director of SalesWaypoint Living Spaces
