Every since we moved into our home or has been nothing but stress and issues First off, they lose our security deposit! Incompetent!!!! Then they serve us a day eviction notice stating we didn't pay April's rent or May's(We have evidence that we paid both) then they tell us it is because of the security deposit (that THEY lost not us)no where on the notice was the deposit even mentioned just rent that we already paid! trying to talk to them is a jokeThey are incompetent, rude and unprofessional! They sent me an email in April to let me know our rent amount minus the deposit they lost, and addressed it to " [redacted] " there is NO [redacted] in this house! Incompetent!!!! I would warn anyone to steer clear of this company! karma will win in this one day, companies are not immune to karma!!!

The company offered a concession in July which apparently fhey are not going to honorThey had numerous chances to fix the
issue which it was not resolvedThis resulted in lost wagesWhy does it takes me contacting Revdex.com to get a responseMy legal conusel is on standby waiting for the final decision

This is the absolute WORST rental company!! They are crooks and scam artist! No matter how you leave the rental property, they will find a way to keep your security deposit! They also re-rent the property even if the lease is paid in full and not refund any money that's due to double dipping! Renters beware!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Waypoint is just another corporation that treats its tenants with absolutely no regard I will never again rent a home from a corporation They are refusing to fix their washing machine because it is not under warranty They threatened to evict us and left the notice on a Sunday taped to our door over a $late fee in the same month We payed the rent one day late after coming home from a long holiday weekend It's enough to have to deal with this kind of bureaucracy in day to day business dealings than to have to put up with these corporate practices in my rental is way too much
