Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have had to pay out of pocket a 3rd party contractor to resolve the problem of the rattling noise coming from the master bedroom registerThis issue has now been fixedIf Dependable was concerned about customer service they would have called me before my complaint to the Revdex.comThey initially denied my claim without even coming to my residence in an attempt to assess or resolve the issueIt was not until my complaint to the Revdex.com that I received a call from this company As previously stated in my initial complaint, I am very disappointed in Dependable's workmanship and their customer service is very poor to say the leastTheir response to me that my filters were probably dirty without even assessing the issue was a blatant disregard to customer service after numerous complaints regarding their workI will not use this company for any HVAC issues in my home or business Sincerely, [redacted]

service they would have called me before my complaint to the Revdex.com. They initially denied my claim without even coming to my residence in an attempt to assess or resolve the issue. It was not until my complaint to the Revdex.com that I received a call from this company. 
As previously stated in my initial complaint, I am very disappointed in Dependable's workmanship and their customer service is very poor to say the least. Their response to me that my filters were probably dirty without even assessing the issue was a blatant disregard to customer service after numerous complaints regarding their work. I will not use this company for any HVAC issues in my home or business.
