Review: I took my Jeep Compass in for a routine oil change and while dropping it off I mentioned that a service light had come on for a couple days and then had gone off. They said that they would bill me $49 for a diagnosis. I agreed to the oil change and the $49 diagnosis fee. They called me at work and said that the ESIM SWITCH was malfunctioning and quoted me a price to repair it and I declined. When I picked my vehicle up they said that they had to charge extra for labor because it took longer than 1 half hour to diagnosis the problem. They did not mention this on their phone call to me during the day and when I tried to explain to them that I did not agree to a 99$ diagnosis, and that I agreed to a $49 diagnosis, the service representative said that this was very rare however that I still was required to pay the full amount. All I would like is my $50 dollars back and I will not take my jeep to this dealership for repairs ever again.Desired Settlement: $50 and I would like them not to do this to anyone ever again.
