This is in response to complaint # [redacted] filed on 6/16/The customer’s vehicle was a referral from a friendThe vehicle was brought to the shop by the father, ***He stated that the car had timing chain noise and the motor was loudThe car could not be test driven until this was repaired He also stated that he car had been sitting unused for several monthsAll the work that was done was approved by the father because he wanted the car to be safe for the roadAt no time did [redacted] or her mother contact mei only dealt with [redacted] who agreed to all the work that was doneThere was never any mention of a transmission issue while the car was in my possession for timing chain noiseIf further information is required please contact me at [redacted]
