October Customer's complaint was of a noise from the front wheelAt that point we found and repaired loose front sway bar linksThe mileage at that point was 185,milesThe cost of the repair at the visit was $91.54.The next visit from this customer was 10, November Customer had severe problems with the brakesIt was determined major rear brake repair was needed to correct the issueThe rear brakes were replaced along with the drums, one wheel cylinder, return springs, and fluid including bleeding and adjusting the rear brakesThe mileage at this visit was 188,The total cost of these repairs was $380.72.As of this present inspection of the Customer's concern, the mileage is 192,Upon inspection it has been determined that the vehicle now has noises emanating from the front endIt possibly has an issue with the transfer or the front drive system.The customer has requested that we charge the oil while the vehicle is here.We are at a loss to understand the reason for the customer to include the Revdex.com in this matterThere has been time and mileage between repairs and this was our first contact involving this latest problemWe see no reason to refund any moneys charged for previous repairs, for these repairs are complete and there is no problem with either at this time.Thanks for your concern for the customer
