We had them to put a train and 7 1/2 years ago it was put in upside down with a bad drainage the drainage went out and cause the unit to burn up come
They did not register the unit so I do not have a contract on it anymore they told me I had 10 years inside and out I spent almost $8000 on this system when I had someone else to come out it had burned my breaker box up plus the units not working it had burned up also I've contacted Wayne C he said he would take care of it but once I started checking into some things he will not return my phone call
They need to fix the problem or tell me why they never Register the unit where I could get a train to come out and repair yet
The company Cole's Comfort LLC was sold by Mr. C in October 2018. Cole's Comfort LLC is no longer in business. Mr. C Is taking care of the Existing customer list under a business Wayne Cole Heating and Air LLC. He is still reachable at the location and numbers as Always.

They sent there service Tex out to my house and fixed the system and the didn't change me the service Tex check out everything about the system made sure it was working right
