Wayfield Food sponsors The Holiday Soul Jam at the Georgia International Convention Center (Sat, Dec 29,2019). I purchased two tickets on November 2, 2018 (table 14, seats 9 and 10). The tables were not arranged according to the seating chart on line. Table 14 was front row and about 2 tables from center stage.
There was a row of tables numbered in the 30's in front of our row. Customers were complaining and one man at the table said it was the same way last year and that he would not be back anymore
We were planning on buying a table of ten for 2019 for our out of town friends but after the disappointment and the unprofessionalism shown, we also will not attend anymore and will pass on to any one that we know that may be interested not to bother attending.
All of the performers were Awesome.
However, the false advertising of the seating chart is not acceptable and looks bad for Wayfield to have their name on an event that falsely advertise event seatings.
