My garage was broken into Aug.7th, I completed the online police report and was contacted from an adjuster quite quicklyI was in the process of moving to a new home the end of September and was starting to worry the property damage would not be fixed in time for the new ownersIt was like pulling teeth but after calling many people, my adjuster on holidays, snotty calls from others not interested in helping and upset "I've landed on their desk" two different contractors for my fence, several weeks of waiting the property damage was fixedNow to receive my property stolen was another battleAfter repeated calls and emails requesting status updates, I receive emails at 4:30pm closing time two weeks later that the email never was received so I resend themAfter more calls and emails, two weeks later I'm told the emails are too large to readSo I resend again small format and wait weeks after calls and emails to no availIt's been going on four months now into the fifth month and still only excuses why it's not being donePlease I need help!!!!!
