For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We all know how they coded the procedure and why they charged what they did. We all know what my insurance paid because that is amount I asking for. They justify it by saying they charged it that way in the past. That is a terrible excuse. My insurance is different now. My insurance would pay for a regular cleaning and that is what I called for. Nobody ever told me it was going to cost more and that it was a different type of cleaning. I in fact will argue with evidence that it was NOT a different type of cleaning. In fact I asked if I could schedule a regular cleaning for my next visit and they said no I could never get a regular cleaning again. Have you ever heard of such a thing. They claim they did a special cleaning and they even sent me a brochure telling what that all involves. The problem is that some of it requires a dentist to look at my teeth and for reading to be taken on my gums. There WAS NO DENTIST EVEN IN THE BUILDING when I had my teeth cleaned therefore he could NOT have done this. There was no numbers taken and yes they did the time before that.Here are the facts:They never even told me it would cost more just went ahead and sent the bill.They didn't even have a Dentist in the building to do what they claim they are charging me for.They cleaned my teeth in the same amouth of time, with the same equipment, with same person, with the same everything as the quote regular cleaning. When I made the appiontment I asked for a cleaning nothing more. I was told I could get a cleaning but then they decided it was more than that and charged more.I will never accept or pay for more.
