On April 8th I went to the stevens Point facility to get a botox injection. I was told I would have to pay up front the amount of $496.00. I did that. About 2 months later I get a bill for an extra $34.10. I do not owe that and I have contacted them in person and by mail. I am still being charged for that.
I Visited Weston Clinic Walk In On 02/07/2014 Hoping To Get Medical Attention With A Diagnois Of Severe URI. I Wanted To See The Doctor So I Could Get Some Prescriptions To Cure My URI And Perhaps A Shot To Help Me. I Was Leaving Town To Go back Home To Texas On 02/09/2014 And I Didn't Want To Take Any Over The Counter Medications. Well, The Practicing Intern Said that I Couldn't Get Any Antibiotics Or Even A Shot To Head Off My Symptoms. I Never Been To A Doctor Who Doesn't Know How To Prescribed Prescriptions For A URI. She Said To Go To Any Drug Store And Get Some Ibuprofen, Sudafed, And A Nasal Decongestant Spray. Well, I Was A Medic In The Navy And I Also Had A License To Give Out Medications In The Hospitals And I Wouldn't Prescribed Sudafed For A Heart Patient Or Any Decongestant That Would Race The Heart. I Just Spent My Time And Co-Pay For The Wrong Advise.
Review: I had an appointment this morning August 16th at 09:00am. I had car problems and arrived ten minutes late. I was not permitted to see the doctor and had to reschedule for two weeks out. This was a very important appointment. I am adopting a baby and the adoption agency needs information from the doctor ASAP.Desired Settlement: I need to see the doctor today or Monday August 19th at the latest.

Response:
The customer called the clinic and informed the
receptionist that she was going to be 10-15 minutes late for her
upcoming appointment. The customer had left her paper work
(that was needed for the appointment) at her place of employment. The
receptionist requested that the patient reschedule the appointment. The
receptionist stated that due to it being 15 minutes or more before the
customer would arrive she would need to reschedule.
It would be unfair to the other customers to be delayed for their
subsequent appointment times. The receptionist has this information
documented in our electronic medical record. There was no mention of
car trouble to the receptionist.
This customer did reschedule and is being seen Thursday August 29th.
