we called them in march to get awning put back up.Said we were on the list that they will do it shortly. Our Memorial Day cook out came and no awnings yet. When called back they had the nerve to tell my girlfriend that others have waited on the list longer. Now there just not answering there phones.
Sad part is we bought this house last year and the former owner told us not to use wauganmens cause the bring then back when they want to . Thought she might have had one bad experience with them now I'm living it
Just want them back will put them up myself
