Watson's of Grand Rapids

I purchased a hot tub from Watsons. I was told it was a floor model and ordered incorrectly. When it was delivered I opened the filter and it was filthy with bugs and debris. I was told it was ONLY in the field for three weeks. I asked for a replacement of the same tub as I ordered. The general manager was unwilling to make it right without me paying an additional $200. He acted as if he was doing me some great favor by not requiring me to pay the $400 he originally required. I had to wait an additional two weeks and pay $200 !! I had a very ill parent in the end stages of life and could not take the time to buy another tub. DO NOT buy from this store. UNFAIR and DISAPPOINTED is an understatement !!!
