Review: As an out-of-town homeowner, I used Watson Realty for years before I realized that they were scamming me. They were charging me for thousands of dollars of home repairs that were never done and charged me over $1000.00 to replace a water heater which was never done. Watson Realty forged legal documents such as vendor receipts and leases. In addition, when I would call them, the staff would not be familiar with who I was or be familiar with the property. The staff did not seem to care about me or the property, except when they called me to report a supposed repair that was needed. When I moved into the property, I became aware of the fact that NO repairs were ever done and the water heater was never replaced.Desired Settlement: I want $35000.00 returned for repairs that were never done and the water heater that was never replaced.

We formally regret hearing of the complaint filed to the Revdex.com against Watson Realty Inc., by our former

client/owner Ms [redacted].

The statement she provided on her complaint is false; which I would welcome meeting w/her to discuss

further.

Her hot water heater was never said to have been replaced, rather it was removed then re installed as

part of a flood remediation in her condo. We do have a signed PM agreement w/her giving us the right

to execute lease agreements, act on her behalf as her agent, and the like. Any and all repairs ever

reported were in fact made to her unit.

We have been a family owned and operated business in the RB Community for over 42 years.

Which, it's always been our practice to act in an owner's best interest.

I'm sorry to know we have a former client not happy w/our services; we managed Ms. [redacted]s unit for

over 5 years.
