I Hired Watson CPA's in Late February 2016 to do my taxes for 2014 and 2015. It's Aug 2nd,2016 and The CPA [redacted] call me last week to inform me, she couldn't do my taxes. Her follow-up was awful, Had to chase her down several times for an update, after each update said she would have something for me next week. When I confronted her a month ago after having to drive to the location, she basically said she was close, after pressing her for more info and asking her how far along she was, I got "half way through 2014". I doubt this was true. I am dealing with not having an extension filed and being charged back money for the difference of My subsidized Health Insurance Coverage because the tax return wasn't completed on time. I would never hire this firm.
