Watson Buys

I had to sell my house quickly because of my financial situation. I talked with a few "we buy houses" companies and I felt most comfortable with Watson Buys. They were the only company out of 6 that I could that actually suggested options that didn't involve selling to them. They really were trying to help me out. It was also nice that they were local to Denver, the new how close the light rail stop and wholefoods was to me in Belmar, and were willing to take that into consideration with their offer. They gave me a fair price, that I was happy with. I didn't have to fix anything and they were able to close really quickly. I don't wish what happened to me on anyone however if anyone ever wants to sell their home I will 100% recommend Watson Buys.
